Aussie Play Atlas · Site terms
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how to use our directory, editorial guides, external links and contact features. Please read them alongside the information shown on each page.
For readers in Australia · Updated 4 October 2026
Using the directory
You may browse the editorial listings, comparisons and general site content for your own information. Please use the website lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt access for other readers or interfere with its normal operation. Our directory is a guide; it does not create an account with, or provide access to, a listed service.
How to read our guides
Editorial information
Descriptions and comparisons are intended to help readers understand visible platform features, content and browsing options. They are general editorial information, prepared to support your own research rather than to make a decision for you.
Features, availability and eligibility can differ by service and may change. Check current details directly with the relevant platform before relying on them. We aim to keep our material clear and useful, but do not promise that every description will reflect a later change immediately.
We may revise, add or remove editorial content as the directory develops, and a feature may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Terms and page information may be updated, so revisit this page when you need the current version.
Leaving this website
External destinations
Some pages link to third-party websites. Those destinations are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy information and content. A link is provided for convenience and does not make the destination part of Aussie Play Atlas.
Third-party pages and services can change without notice. Review their current information before using them. We do not control their availability, practices or content, and a reference here should not be read as a guarantee or endorsement of every feature they provide.
Getting in touch
User-submitted enquiries
When using a contact form, provide information that is accurate and relevant to your question. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading or unrelated material, or information you do not have permission to share.
Contact features are for communication with the site team. They are not a platform support channel and should not be used to send passwords, payment details or other sensitive account information. You can direct a site question through our contact page.
Content and ownership
Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, the original text and presentation created for Aussie Play Atlas belong to their respective rights holders. You may read and use the material for personal, non-commercial reference. Please do not republish or substantially reproduce our original work without permission.
Names, marks, images and other material associated with third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party material or grants rights beyond those available from its owner.
Keeping the guide current
Availability and changes
We may revise, add or remove editorial content and site features as the directory develops. The website or an individual feature may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site or its features. The version displayed here applies while you use the website. Please revisit this page from time to time if you want to check for changes.
